Q.If I lost Private Key, can I restore my wallet?
If a user loses their Private Key, we cannot restore it. The user only knows Private Key information, so if you lose it, there is nothing we can do.

PIN number is set as a 6-digit number and is used for point exchanges, wallet backups, etc.

The PIN number cannot be restored through customer service. If a user loses it, they can use the Private Key to restore the PIN number.
