How to exchange Global Gift Card.

In KMPlayer mobile app move to KMPlex than Go to “USE” and click “Global Gift Card”, select card amount and type your email address

I send MBL to Upbit wallet but didn’t appears transaction. What happens in this situation?

When you send less than 1,500 MBL per transaction to the Upbit wallet, this transaction does not appear due to Upbit's policy.

Therefore, when sending MBL to your Upbit wallet, please make sure you have more than 1,500 MBL.
Please keep this in mind.

The gate.io exchange internal policy, they set a minimum deposit amount. Please contact gate.io and ask their customer support.

To check a transaction in KMPlex, simply click on the point amount at the top of the screen.

What is Exchangeable date?

Exchangeable date means available dates on which you can exchange points to MBL or CBK.

Normally How long is Exchangeable date?

After 7 days from the date of acquiring points.

Go to your Benefits List and you’ll check a detail of exchangeable date.

Where can I check a TXID?

Go to “Transaction", click your point transaction and scroll to the bottom of the list. You will find the TXID there.

What is Item Box

In the Item Box, you can check the amount of Item (pickaxe) and Item transaction list.

What is Item(Pickaxe)?

The item (pickaxe) can be used in KMPlex, and by using it, you can get extra points when collecting points.

How can I use Item(Pickaxe)?

After obtaining the item (pickaxe), go to the Item Box and click on "use". By doing so, you will receive 5% ~ 20% extra points, which can be repeated three times.

Is there a limit to using Item(Pickaxe)?

You can use maximum 4 times.

Does the item(Pickaxe) have an expiry date?

If you do not use Item(pickaxe) it will expire after 10 days.

How many extra points do I get when using Item(pickaxe)?

You can earn an additional 5% bonus points when you use the item (pickaxe).

Go to KMPlex Home and click amount of points and you’ll check transaction.

How can I use Level service?

Go to KMPlex and create a wallet to automatically join the Level service.

How can I promote to level?

To promote your Level, create a wallet and move to Amethyst to get some points.

The Level adjustment is every Tuesday at UTC 00:00.

No, If you want to promote your level you must acquire points through Amethyst.

Please note that mission completion and point management for the Amethyst game are handled directly by the Amethyst platform.

If you have completed the Amethyst game but have not received the points, you will need to contact the Amethyst team for assistance.

Yes, every Tuesday, if you collect points, you'll promote, downgrade, or maintain your level based on the points you earn.

The level-up bonus is provided as a service, so if you do not collect those points, they will be reset on every Tuesday.

When I upgrade my level, how many extra points will I get through "play-to-earn"?

The bonus given when acquiring points through video play, YouTube play, music play, and random points varies in ratio for each level.

Roulette is a game where users use points to obtain extra points and item(Pickaxe)

To play roulette, you need 10,000 points.

Is there a limit to playing roulette?

No, there is no limit to playing roulette. If you have more than 10,000P, you can play as many times as you want.

First, use 10,000P, and then you can use free play two times per day by watching advertisements.

Creating a new mission every month on the first day at UTC 00:00.

[Shuffle] replaces all the bingo missions. By using this feature, all the missions are mixed up, making it easier to complete the bingo.

No, missions are randomly positioned when you use the [Shuffle].

You need to 200 points

You can earn 500 points for every completed mission.

When you completed one line of bingo, you will get an Item(pickaxe)
